Our Pet Policy

Cats and dogs are welcome here in our community! You may have up to two pets per apartment home with a non-refundable deposit and monthly pet rent. Breed restrictions apply. Please contact our leasing office for more details.

Pet Perks

As a pet parent, you want what’s best for your furry companion, and we do too! Relax and enjoy the comforts of your apartment home alongside your best friend. Your furry pals are also more than welcome to take advantage of the many special pet perks that we offer. There is a $300 non-refundable pet fee, $30/pet per month pet rent, a limit of 2 pets per home. There is no weight limit, but breed restrictions apply (pit bulls, dobermans, chows, akitas and rottweilers).
